As a well recognized thought-leader in the industry, Harper brings her innovation and vision to the rapidly growing Pro-ficiency executive team.

Beth joins Pro-ficiency from her ongoing role as President of her consulting company, Clinical Performance Partners, and her contribution as Workforce Innovation Officer for the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP). She has worked as Senior Research Consultant for the Tufts Center for the Study of Drug Development, Adjunct Assistant Professor at George Washington University and many more.
